My reflections of a students progress:

No ribbons this day nor applaud from spectators but this was a great day as you “rode” up to the next rung of the equestrian ladder.

What a wonderful feeling to watch your mare start to dance with you today just because of how you used the core of your body. You made a conscious change in your thinking – clarity instead of scrambled egg thoughts.

Your hands got lighter but more effective. Your “seat” became the stabilizing anchor for both of you. You became the rider instead of just the passenger.

Suddenly the fog leaves the mirror and you can “see” and “feel” the piece of the puzzle that eluded you for months.

How wonderful to help open that door for you.
